Common conditions

  • Foot: plantar fasciitis, flat feet, peroneal tendonitis, Morton’s neuroma, toe/foot fracture, stress fracture, heel fracture, metatarsalgia, bunion, arthritis, hallux rigidus, ganglion cyst
  • Pediatric: gait abnormality, tendonitis, overuse injuries, and pediatric fracture care
  • Ankle: lateral and medial malleolus fracture, ankle sprain, high ankle sprain, posterior tibialis, tarsal tunnel syndrome, osteochondral defect (OCD), arthritis
  • Achilles: Achilles tendinitis, Achilles tear/rupture, calf strain, ganglion cyst

How we evaluate

  • Detailed patient history of how the injury occurred and symptoms
  • Physical examination of swelling, range of motion, and tenderness
  • Imaging tests (X-ray, CT, or MRI)

Conservative treatment

  • Pain relievers and anti-inflammatory medications
  • Corticosteroid or hyaluronic acid injections
  • Bracing to stabilize the foot and ankle during recovery

Surgical options

  • Arthroscopic surgery, tendon repair, or ankle fusion for severe cases

  • Severe pain and swelling, especially if it inhibits walking
  • Noticeable deformity or misshapen appearance in the foot or ankle
