I was referred here for an issue with my elbow. It’s been hurting for several weeks. I had to pay 200$ just to be seen by a PA with an unfriendly attitude like she didn’t want to bother with me. She said I could do an MRI but most insurances don’t cover it so she wouldn’t even bother. Although I pay good money for good insurance. Then she told me I should just stop whatever I’m doing that’s aggravating it or go to PT. I’ll never be back.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location for all Ortho and Physical Therapy Needs.I came to them after a motor vehicle accident where I was rear ended at a high rate of speed. I am a complex case and have NEVER felt rushed when explaining what I am having issues with each visit. Keely (Ortho) takes her time with patients and makes sure to cover all bases. You WILL feel heard and understood with a clear plan in place for recovery after every appointment with her. Nicole (physical therapy) truly cares about her patients. She is sincere when asking how you are feeling and uses your feedback to help alter your plan for recovery. THIS IS NOT AN ASSEMBLY LINE OFFICE! It is a well oiled machine when it comes to moving you in and out BUT you will feel like they listen to EVERYTHING you have to say. You are a person, NOT A NUMBER. I happily drive an hour just to see them every week.

Amazing place, I thought my concerns with my knee might have just been in my head or maybe exaggerated. The Doc here not only confirmed what I already believed but informed me of a few other things I did t know. Explained it all very well. I'd highly recommend this place.
