The first time I went the doctor(man don’t remember his name) was very nice and helpful. He explained things and listened to my problem. Today went back for follow up and had some woman doctor and she was the rudest doctor ever. I was in the middle of asking questions and she told me I’m sorry but I have another patient waiting and cut me off. She was in my room my no longer than 5 minutes. Just because you’re running behind and schedule appointments every 10 minutes isn’t my fault.

I had a good experience initially at this clinic, however never received records or a diagnosis of what was wrong despite getting imaging done, now they’re scheduling and billing me without my input, presence or communication. Based on my experience, this is malpractice and fraud and I’d recommend you choose another clinic. Regardless of how kind the provider was, taking these actions with absolutely no communication or request to do so is fraud and causes damage to a client that could easily be avoided with honest business practices.

Amazing all around. I was in Nashville from out of town and was having a shoulder problem. I made an appointment at the urgent care and they saw me as soon as I got there. Annie and the team were awesome! They knew what my issue was, gave me a painless shot in the shoulder. Later that evening if felt good, the next day it felt GREAT. I am so grateful for them!!! Really nice people too! All of them! I cannot thank you guys (y'all) enough for helping me!!!

This place is Amazing! I do not say this lightly. I had an injury that I put off going to see someone about because I’ve had numerous bad experiences. Not here! Sports Ortho Urgent Care genuinely cares about YOU! I was lucky enough to have Carson as the doctor that helped me through my injury and he is so incredibly compassionate, personable and he takes the time to really listen to you and what’s going on. Becky is awesome and caring too, she comes in and gathers all the info and she helps with fittings and anything Carson might need help with and she’s great! Always a great conversation. I also did physiotherapy here at the same place and Gabe was my Physiotherapist and he is kind and extremely helpful, Calix and Brent are the other two physiotherapist in this office and although I never worked with them they are fun and everyone is happy. The big thing you need to understand is that I literally have a physiotherapy office 5 minutes from my house and I drive by it and drive 49 min to come here because this place makes me feel like I matter and people here are always happy and caring. Don’t hesitate to come here. You won’t be disappointed. I rate them 10 stars out 5
