Staff seems friendly and caring but I had an appointment for two weeks and they called to reschedule and then they called me the day of the rescheduled appointment just to reschedule again. Had to send their technician to another location due to that locations tech calling out. I can't just ask for a schedule change on the fly as I'm already over half my allowed call outs for the quarter because of this issue with my feet. Didn't make me feel as tho they care about my situation at all so if I have to keep waiting to be seen I will do so with a business that I believe cares

This is not an Urgent Care as the office closes on 12:00 p.m. on Friday and is closed all weekend. The office staff is atrocious. Please go to the ER if you're injured and to a regular orthopedic practice for follow-up care.

The online system for making an appointment did not work. After arrival at the check in desk, I was told that I would have to make an appointment for the next day. The single receptionist seemed over taxed by having to answer phone calls as well.

After not getting answers for many years, I was finally sat down, went through all ailments, and have an action plan. Dr displayed true concern for my well being. This is SUCH a relief! When I call, the staff are receptive, understanding, and prompt with answers. Missy called to follow up next morning, and spoke as if she knew all about me. :) They work very well as a team and actually am looking forward to my future visits. Thank you all for your continued support.
